Can you guarantee I will get the exact seats specified on your website?

Absolutely! Our FanProtect Guarantee applies to all purchases. This means you will receive the tickets valid for entry and on time. If problems arise, we’ll source replacement tickets, equivalent or better at no extra cost.  Failing that (and it does mean we’ve failed you) we’ll give you a full refund.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

We strongly encourage you to keep your tickets in a safe and secure place. If your tickets have been lost or stolen, we may be able to get some replacements to you. This will depend on a few things, like the venue, event, type of tickets and how much time there is before the event date. An administration fee may be charged for the replacement tickets.

What if I can no longer attend an event?

SupaTix does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. Should you be unable to attend, we may be able to assist you in reselling your ticket.

What if my event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled?

If your event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided to your original payment method.

Where an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will either be valid for the new date, or we will provide you with new tickets within 1 business day of receiving them from the event promoter. No refunds will be provided for postponed or rescheduled events.

What are your service and transaction fees?

We don’t charge any fees. The advertised price per ticket is all you pay at checkout.

Can I collect my tickets in person?

Sure. We are based in the Caulfield area in Melbourne. Feel free to use the “contact us” page to arrange.

Why are your tickets more expensive than on Ticketek or Ticketmaster?

The dynamic nature of the secondary ticket market means that tickets may be sold at above (or sometimes below) face value, depending on supply and demand.

Will my seats be together?

Yes. Unless specified, all tickets purchased will be side by side.

Tickets marked as “general admission” do not have specific seats assigned. Tickets marked as “General Admission” will usually be standing tickets.

When will you send my tickets?

Most of our tickets are in hand and are electronic PDF format which are emailed to you. Where they are hard copy tickets, we will endeavour to deliver your ticket within 1 business day. For some events, the promoter may delay the distribution of tickets until a particular date, so you might want to check the section entitled “important information” under each ticket listing to determine whether a shipping delay may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
